Zumba® Kids Kurse enthalten kinderfreundliche Choreos, die sich nach Original Zumba® Choreos richten. Wir erklären im Kurs die Schritte, machen Spiele und lernen andere Kulturen kennen.
Vorteile
Hilft dabei, einen gesunden Lebensstil zu führen und baut Fitness in den Alltag von Kindern ein, indem sie sehen, wie viel Spaß das machen kann. Die Kurse beinhalten wichtige Elemente für die Entwicklung von Kindern wie zum Beispiel Übernehmen von Führungsaufgaben, Respekt, Team-Work, Selbstvertrauen, Selbstwertgefühl, Gedächtnistraining, Kreativität, Koordination, Kulturbewusstsein.

So true! Time flies when you’re having fun💃🏻💃🏻15 years since I started teaching Bollywood Dance & Fitnesss with the amazing Mehta and 13 years since I did my first Zumba teachers training course!! In this Journey I have learnt a lot & met wonderful people as trainers, participants, clients, colleagues, co-trainers & oh so talented kids!!
