They contracted a nail fungus, often so serious they have lost nails.

They were injured in some way eg: cut and bleeding cuticles, sliced with sharp pedicure tools, sore and inflamed nails and fingers.

Felt rushed by unfriendly service providers, who don’t listen to their needs.

Poor quality and dirty products and tools, resulting in breaking or lifting needing to be fixed earlier than expected.

And so Freya started Zenicure Nails. A mobile and market based Nail salon with very high hygiene practices, exceptional customer service providing gentle nail care, using natural products to prevent, repair and strengthen injured, sore and often fungus infected nails. Her aim is to educate her clients on good nail salon practices, so they can go on holiday or out of town and have their nails done with confidence knowing what to avoid and what to ask for, so they never have bad quality, dirty or fungus infected nails again.

To enhance a more eco friendly and health conscious way of doing nails, a waterless manicure and pedicure system is used at Zenicure Nails.

By not using water:

Freya still uses polymer products for nail enhancements and nail art for her clients who require them, in a clean and nail health focused way. She understands that all nail treatments should do no harm to the natural nail 1st and foremost. E files are never used on natural nails , gel polish is soaked off not filed off and all efforts to retain the clients nail health are made.
