Saturdays and Sundays at 8 am sharp during the summer, Yoga on the beach.

Join us for a 75 minutes Hatha yoga session on the Svanemøllestrand.

It will take place Saturdays and Sundays at 8am sharp over the summer, when weather permits. First official session will be Saturday June 3rd. There will be in promtu practice sessions before that. I will make notifications about extra times and cancellations here on this site.

The intentions from me are these:
I love sharing my yoga-practice with anyone, especially those who are new to yoga but curious. I remember vividly being that person myself. Is yoga for me? Do I have the skills? Is it only for fit and flexible persons? Am I the wrong age or gender to take up yoga?
I would love to let you find your answers to those questions and many more.

I also love being outdoor, connected to the sight of the ocean, the feel of sun, wind and shade on my skin, sounds from water, nature and humans in my ears. It forms the foundation for my balance in life, as I hope it will make a difference to yours too.

So I basically did my yoga-teacher training the year I turned 50 in order to share the above and learn new skills. I have practiced yoga for over a decade.

I will be teaching in english most times, I will include mediation, and we will be forming a circle to support our space and energy.

You will have to bring your own mat/towel and other props if you need. You will also have to dress according to temperature and windchill. And you will have to bear in mind that it is your practice nad you who knows what your body is cabable of. My guidance are only suggestions.
