This week the seaman was named first officer on board San Miguel. Ever since he has been looking for a suitable uniform to go with the new tittle. I think that hat gives him just that touch of first officer authority he needs on a ship like San Miguel 😂. Do you think he should buy it?

Last night I found this fellow on the living room floor on my way to bed. This Tarantula is popularly called ‘aranha caranguejeira’ in Portuguese and it’s pretty common. Not my favorite roommate, but it’s not really dangerous to humans and it was escorted back into the garden before bedtime 😅
Dead? - Not quite, this got lost in our living room yesterday and I picked it up on the floor when it got exhausted trying to get out. It’s not the first time an exotic bird find the way to our living room and they usually find their way out again if we leave them alone, but this little fellow needed some help and after a few drops of water with sugar he flew back out in the garden 😅
