Sandra er uddannet kok og har arbejdet som madskribent og foodstylist i mere end 20 år. Opskrifter kan leveres både på dansk og engelsk - med eller uden næringsberegning. Jeg oversætter også gerne opskrifter til dansk (fra svensk, norsk og engelsk). Og redigerer andres opskrifter til gø

Gåsebryst - Goose breast is the name of these cream cakes based on puff pastry and filled with prune puree, vanilla cream and whipped cream. They are finished with a thin layer of marzipan and a little dark chocolate. The recipe is featured in Hjemmet next week.

The Othello cake is a Danish invented layer cake from around 1900 - named after the Shakespeare play: Othello.
The cake is layered with crushed almond macaroons (originally a macaroon base) and a homemade vanilla custard mixed with whipped cream. Finished with chocolate icing and marzipan.
