Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments

Serendipity House is located in the beautiful area of Las Terrenas in the Dominican Republic high up on a hill with lots of privacy but very safe and secure. The entire villa can be rented for larger groups or private wedding, engagement, anniversary or birthday functions. The villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. A massive living area on the main level with 3 sitting areas, an office area with coffee bar, kitchen with separate scullery / storage area, dining area and guest bathroom. The entire upper level completely opens up onto a huge outdoor area with stunning ocean and jungle views, a large infinity pool, a dining area, pool lounger space, and a very big bar/entertainment area with gas bbq and outdoor kitchen (kitchen currently under some minor construction). The villa has a large underground parking garage for 3 vehicles and 4 recreational vehicles. Outdoor Pool table area and lower level indoor and outdoor living spaces. You will also find a huge laundry space with washer and dryer and indoor clothes lines.

We also rent out a private bed and breakfast suite OR the studio apartments which include kitchens.
All have access to the pool and outdoor areas.

We offer all-inclusive holiday packages which include excursions, quad rentals, meals, drinks and transport OR we offer accommodations only.

Bedroom 7 which is also studio apartment 2 is under construction and will be ready on May 1, 2022. It will have a queen bed, a sitting and eating area, closet, en-suite bathroom and equipped kitchenette. Undercover patio area, ocean / jungle views. Ceiling fan, no airconditiner. This apartment can also be rented separately and will have access to pool and all outdoor areas on pool deck.

Bedroom 6 with queen sized bed, built-in closets, en-suite bathroom, sitting and eating area inside plus a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and floor fan. Sliding doors open up on beautiful patio with a sitting and eating area. Very private, ocean and jungle views. This is 1 of 2 studio apartments which can be rented out separately with access to pool and other outdoor areas. Includes an outdoor parking space.

Bedroom 5 with king sized bed, desk area, built in closets, en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony with hammock. Ocean and Jungle views. Ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4 with king size bed (can be converted to 2 twin beds), built in closets, desk area, en-suite bathroom, ocean and jungle views. It has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 with king sized bed, built in closets, built in desk, en-suite bathroom and ocean / jungle views. Ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Lower level sitting / TV area with access to both back yard and underground parking and large laundry/storage/workshop area. Villa comes with laundry shoot from top level to bottom level. This area has 2 ceiling fans.

Pool table/sitting area and storage room on the main level and lower level patio and back garden area with access to underground parking for 3 vehicles and up to 4 recreational vehicles.

Main level living areas, which include 3 sitting areas, a dining area, an office area with coffee bar, kitchen, large scullery / storage room and a guest washroom. All open to the large pool deck / entertainment area and of course with stunning ocean and jungle views.
