At we are ready for our first New Year’s Eve! We are at full capacity with guests from Quito, Russia and Canada!

And, of course we are embracing the Ecuadorian tradition and bought three “monigotes”. A monigote is a large papier-mâché doll that signifies all that went wrong or right with the old year.

We will be burning them in a large bonfire tomorrow night!
