Šis ir mūsu peld-dīķis ar lielu ūdenskritumu! Pasūtītājs to uzdāvināja savai sievai dzimšanas dienas jubilejā. Daudzi uzskata, ka peld-dīķiem ir ļoti ierobežota funkcionalitāte, bet tas tā nav. Piemēram, šajā dīķī tika uzstādīti šādi elementi:

- apkure ar siltumsūkni
- savienota elektronika ar viedās mājas sistēmu
- iestatīta automātiskā ūdens papildināšana
Это наш плавательный пруд с большим водопадом. Заказчик подарил его своей супруге на день рождения на юбилей. Многие думают, что плавательные пруды сильно ограничены по функционалу, это не так, например в этом пруду мы установили такие элементы:
-противоток
-светодиодная экономичная подсветка
-подогрев тепловым насосом
-подключили управление водопадом, подсветкой и подогревом к системе умного дома
-установили автоматический долив.
This is our swimming pond with a large waterfall. Our client gave his wife it as a birthday present. Many people think that swimming ponds are very limited in functionality, but this is not so. For example, the following elements were installed in this pond:
- countercurrent
- LED economical backlight
- heat pump heating
- electronics to the smart home system
- automatic topping up.

Paredzēts peldēšanai, 340 m2, mūsu speciālistu būvēts 2018. gadā. Tika pielietota bifiltrācijas tehnoloģija. Dīķa iekšienē vai tā tuvumā no grants un augiem tiek izveidots biofiltrs, caur kuru tiek izvadīts ūdens un dīķis tiek attīrīts dabisko procesu rezultātā. Šāda veida filtrēšanas uzturēšana ir ekonomiska, jo tam nav nepieciešamas ķīmiskas vielas. Vajadzīga tikai elektrība priekš sūkņiem.
Плавательный пруд 340м.кв, построенный нами в 2018 году. Применили технологию биофильтрации. Внутри пруда или рядом создается биофильтр из гравия и растений, через который пропускается вода и пруд очищается за счет природных процессов. Такой вид фильтрации обходится недорого в содержании, так как не требует химии, только электричество для насосов.
A 340 sq.m. swimming pond was built in 2018 and we applied the technology of biofiltration there. A biofilter of gravel and filtration plants is created inside of the pond or nearby, through which passes the water and the pond is cleaned by natural processes. This type of filtration is inexpensive to maintain, so it does not require chemicals, only electricity for pumps.

Did you know that utility costs of natural pool or swimming pond can be 40% less compared to traditional pools?
With the continuous rise of energy costs BioSwim Engineering has taken serious steps to make sure that it’s customers use most efficient equipment available on the market.
It is not a secret that owning your private pool may costly. Unfortunately, many new pool owners get caught by unwelcome surprise resulting from augmented utility bills...
New technologies available on the market can significantly reduce those costs. In fact more and more pool owners prefer to reconstruct traditional chlorine pools into natural bio, as the utility cost of natural pool or swimming pond is on average 40% less if compared to traditional pools.
Some tips from BioSwim Engineering:
💧 Before construction ask your pool provider for engineering assessment and expected utility costs. (Expected consumption of electricity or gas)
💧 Size and shape matters!
💧 Use larger filters, which requires less electricity and has longer life cycle expectancy.
💧 Apply wind breaks and pool covers as much as possible, it can save up to 50% of your pool heating energy.
💧 Consider installing variable speed pumps. Let the pump run only when it is needed. Forget about single speed pumps!
💧 Apply smart hydraulic systems to get maximum efficiency out of your pumps. The list common problem is miscalculation of hydraulic systems: over pressure; lack of pressure and incorrect flows.
💧 Finally, consider going all natural! Apart of being more cost efficient by saving your money on chlorine chemicals and excessive electrical pumps, people actually love to swim in fresh Cristal clear waters!
PS. Automation can provide significant support in pool management. However, construction and design of your pool play vital role in successful and cost effective operations of your pool! As an example: A dark collared pool will naturally absorb more of suns heat thus reducing your heating costs with the help of Mother Nature!

BioSwim is constructing the first public natural pool in the Baltic states. This project in Latvia is performed in collaboration with BioNova group, using one of the finest filtration systems available on the market.
Total area: 215 m2
Filtration system: High flow filtration
Zones: Main swimming zone, kids zone, decorative water garden with aquatic plants
Due to the exclusivity of the project, official opening and exact location will be announced in March, 2022.

BioSwim participated in the International Swimming Pond Congress organised by International Organization for natural bathing waters (IOB) in October, 2021.
A three day congress took place in Albufeira, Portugal and was dedicated to international standardisation of quality and safety of biological swimming ponds and natural pools.
This may be achieved throughout effective collaboration between regulating authorities and national administration. Primary objective of the organisation is formulation of policies and laws concerning bathing in naturally treated water.
