- في البدايه احنا شركه استشارات متخصصه في مجال ال Human Resources موجودين من سنه 2013 في السوق المصري و منطقه الخليج العربي وتحديدا السعوديه و الامارت وعنده خبره كبيره في التعامل مع ال Startups

ايه هي المبادره اللي احنا هانقدر نوفرها للشركات الناشئه حاليا:

1) هنقدم HR Consultation Meeting ل 10 شركات ناشئه بيقدمه Senior Consultants عنده خبره في ال Startups ال meeting ده هايكون للمساعده في الجوانب ال HR او Strategic او اي تحديات الشركات محتاجه تستعين فيها ب HR Consultant



2) هانساهم في تعيين 5 وظائف ل5 startups.

المبادره مجانيه ( سواء المقابله مع ال Consultants او ال Recruitment Plan) بدون اي تكلفه علي الشركات

3) المبادره دي مستمره لدعم الشركات الناشئه في مصر وهاتتكرر مره كل 6 شهور ان شاء الله

ايه هي ال Criteria اللي هانختار علي اساسها الشركات اللي هانبدأ معاها ال partnership دي :

1) الشركه تكون عدد افرادها لا يزيد عن 10 موظفين
2) الشركه يكون عندها MVP واضح نقدر ننطلق علي اساسه
3) مش شرط تكون دخلت Fund round سواء في Shark Tank او غيرها من ال VCs

الشركات اللي مهتمه ممكن تملي ال Forum دي واحنا هانتواصل معاهم لتحديد المواعيد المتاحه ان شاء الله في اقرب وقت

- Experience in sales recruitment is a must.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Good English level is a must.
Responsibilities:
1) Work with sales directors to determine annual hiring needs
2) Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources
3) Source candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media)
4) Conduct screening calls
5) Shortlist candidates based on criteria of high performance in sales
6) Schedule interviews on behalf of sales hiring teams
7) Build relationships with candidates for the future
8) Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
