نضطر في بعض الاحيان ان نلجأ الى علاج اسنان الاطفال تحت تأثير البنج الكلي ويكون ذلك القرار بناءً على حالة الطفل إما لصغر سنه او لعدم تعاونه مع طبيب الاسنان بالشكل الذي يسمح بعمل العلاج بالكفاءة المرجوة. يتم عمل جميع اسنان الطفل المصابة بالتسوس في جلسة واحدة في مستشفى مجهز و مع فريق من أطباء التخدير بصورة آمنة و فعالة. النتيجة تكون طفل باسنان صحية في جلسة واحدة و بدون ان نتسبب في اي ذكرى سيئة للطفل😊
