Candidates will be Responsible for:
Proposal Management:
• Build, review, and supervise proposals.
• Attend client meetings to understand their needs and present proposals.
• Manage the proposal team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Trainers Community Management:
• Build and retain a strong trainers’ community.
• Monitor and evaluate trainers' performance to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Create and manage trainers' development programs to enhance their skills and competencies.
• Manage the recruitment process for trainers, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
• Oversee trainers' program and selection to match their expertise with client requirements.
Financial Management:
• Agree with trainers on all financial terms, including compensation and contractual agreements.
• Manage full-time trainers, including workload distribution and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
• Proven years of experience, preferably within the training industry.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Outstanding professional, business, and creative writing skills.

• 4:5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the training industry.
• Excellent English language (written & spoken)
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, closing, and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
