We know it’s only September 😱 but we’re already getting busy for Christmas.
We will as always over stock but to avoid disappointment don’t leave it too late.
Last date for orders will be 25th of October.

😔 We are so so sad to be writing this again! 😔
We thought by moving to a 50% deposit this would change things but again this evening on Luxor delivery’s it’s been happening again.
Some of these orders are very large and the saddest thing is you guys miss out😭
Prices are stated on the page, your totals are confirmed with you before delivery. Some of these people even agreed with their delivery time and total then blocked us after the fact.
The amount of time wasted for delivery and us and the fact people have missed out on what they wanted to ordered is Totally unfair on anyone who actually wants to order.
Unfortunately deposits are there for a reason and WILL NOT be refunded ( special circumstance of course we will refund) but we won’t refund because you ordered lots of items, agreed total and delivery date and time then nothing until request your deposit back.
We really can’t believe we are writing this again. 😢
with Christmas coming and already vast amount of orders it’s a big worry for us here.😔
