"64 Both Diu Youth Movement Father of Self Determination" Aim to form 64 Youth Comrade.
The Final Speech from The Great Dictator.
I’m sorry, but I don’t want to be an emperor. That’s not my business. I don’t want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone - if possible - Jew, Gentile - black man - white. We all want to help one another. Human beings are like that. We want to live by each other’s happiness - not by each other’s misery. We don’t want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone. And the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way.
Greed has poisoned men’s souls, has barricaded the world with hate, has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical. Our cleverness, hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery we need humanity. More than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost…
The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men - cries out for universal brotherhood - for the unity of us all. Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world - millions of despairing men, women, and little children - victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people
To those who can hear me, I say - do not despair. The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed - the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish…
Soldiers! don’t give yourselves to brutes - men who despise you - enslave you - who regiment your lives - tell you what to do - what to think and what to feel! Who drill you - diet you - treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder. Don’t give yourselves to these unnatural men - machine men with machine minds and machine hearts! You are not machines! You are not cattle! You are men! You have the love of humanity in your hearts! You don’t hate! Only the unloved hate - the unloved and the unnatural! Soldiers! Don’t fight for slavery! Fight for liberty!
In the 17th Chapter of St Luke it is written: “the Kingdom of God is within man” - not one man nor a group of men, but in all men! In you! You, the people have the power - the power to create machines. The power to create happiness! You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure.
Then - in the name of democracy - let us use that power - let us all unite. Let us fight for a new world - a decent world that will give men a chance to work - that will give youth a future and old age a security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power. But they lie! They do not fulfil that promise. They never will!
Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people! Now let us fight to fulfil that promise! Let us fight to free the world - to do away with national barriers - to do away with greed, with hate and intolerance. Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness. Soldiers! in the name of democracy, let us all unite!
This is the third volume of the “In a Nutshell” opinion articles that I regularly write on my Facebook timeline, addressing issues pertaining to the civil war in South Sudan since its bloody eruption in December 2013.
The first and second volumes published in 2015 and 2016 respectively addressed and highlighted the conflict at its destructive and bloody outbreak, momentum and short-lived pause brought about by the August 2015 IGAD Plus ARCISS.
The second volume covered the return of SPLM/A-IO leadership to Juba and the subsequent events of July, 2016 that has finally led to J1 fight and the Coup of Gen. Taban Deng G*i against their own Chairman Dr. Riek Machar.
Who escaped Juba fearing for his life and was being intensely hunted at the bushes of Equatoria alongside his Chief of Staff General Simon Gatwech Dual, Deputy Chief of Staff James Koang Ranley protected and being escorted to safety by the 1370 SPLA-IO military protection unit who bravely stood the heavy planned attacks by Helicopters gunships, heavy artillery and tanks.
Volume 2 also covered the aftermath of Gen. Taban Deng G*i takeover as the First Vice President of Republic of South Sudan and a self-proclaimed Chairman and C-in-C of SPLM/A-IO the successful extraction of Dr. Machar to safety via Congo by his protection 1370 unit and his going to Khartoum and the events leading to his confinement in South Africa.
Volume 2 as well covered the political and military activities and moves of Gen. Taban Deng Group as they were trying to consolidate their power and justify their actions as well as the subsequent military operations taken against Machar-IO in their controlled areas across the country and which represented a paradigm shift in the war that was seen largely Kiir-Dinka Vs. Machar-Nuer and which became a war of Gen. Taban –Nuer backed by Kiir against Machar-Nuer.
The results of these operations were the SPLM/A-IO loses their main headquarter Pagak and some of their stronghold areas such as Yuai, Waat and countless others.

Founder and Chairman of 64 Both Diu Youth Movement 64
I don't blame Prof.John Akec, it is a level of his understanding and part of the hidden agenda. If
Both Diu.
Both Diu (1972) and Böth Diew was a
politician who was one of the leaders of
the Liberal Party in Sudan in the years
before and after independence in 1956.
His party represented the interests of the
Southerners. Although in favor of a federal system under which the South would have its laws and administration, Both Diu was not in favor of Southern secession. As positions hardened during the drawn-out.
First Sudanese Civil War (1955–1972) his
a promise position was increasingly
discredited.
Early years
Both Diu belonged to the Nuer people. He was born in Fangak in Southern Sudan. Both Diu did not attend school but managed to obtain a job as a houseboy of the British District Commissioner. He taught himself English and learned to read write and type. With these skills, he became an interpreter the District Commissioner, an influential post. By 1947 he was a local government official.
Southern Representative.
After the Second World War, the mood in Britain was to give the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan independence from both Britain and Egypt. Both Diu was one of the southern leaders who attended a conference held at Juba on 12-13 June 1947 to discuss the recommendations of an earlier conference held in Khartoum at which it had been decided that the south and north of Sudan should be united in one country.
Southerners were (and are) very different ethnically and culturally from the people of northern Sudan, but the rationale was that Sudan was huge but poor, and if divided
both parts would be extremely weak. No Southerners had attended the Khartoum conference.
At the Juba conference, Both Diu said that although northerners claimed they did not want to dominate the South, there must be safeguards. Northerners should not be allowed to settle on land in the South without permission, should not interfere in local government in the South, and should not be allowed in law to call a Southerner a slave. However, Diu was in favor of separation.
He said the government should select representatives from the South who would go to the North to study and participate in legislation, finance, and administration. He said that Arabic should be introduced into southern schools without delay so they could catch up to the north.
Both Diu formed an "Upper Nile Political Association" in the r Nile province. The Governor-General of Sudan announced the formation of the Constitution Amendment Commission in March 1951. Both Diu was the sole southerner of the commission, which had 16 northerners and three British officials including the chairman. When the commission started work on 26 March 1951, Both Diu called for a federal constitution.
His proposals were persistently rejected by the northern members of the commission, and he resigned in disgust. The commission continued without Southern representation. However, the British members of the commission did insist on some safeguards in the draft constitution to protect southern interests, including a special Minister for the southern provinces and an Advisory Board for southern affairs. The northerners managed to later remove this provision.
Party leader.
The Southern Sudanese Political Movement was founded in 1951 by Stanislaus Paysama, Abdel Rahman Sule, and Both Diu As the Secretary General of the party, Both Diu protested to the United Nations against the agreement that had been reached by the Constitution Amendment Commission.
In 1952 the party changed its name to the Southern Party. As of 1953, the party leaders were Benjamin Lwoki, Chairman, Stanslaus Paysama, Vice Chairman, Buth Diu, Secretary Genera,l and Abdel Rahman Sule, Patron of the party. The objectives were to work for the complete independence of Sudan with special treatment for the south. The party was officially registered in 1953. At first,t it had widespread support from the southern intelligentsia and the bulk of the people in the south of Sudan. In 1954 the party was renamed the Liberal Party to avoid any suspicion that it was working for independence of the South, but no Northerners joined.
Both Diu toured the south in August 1954 at the expense of Sayyid 'Abd al-Rahman, patron of the Ummah Party, and in his speeches quoted the National Unionist Party (NUP) campaign promises. (The NUP had won the previous elections).
Prime Minister Ismael Azhari described this as seditious talk and threatened to use force to prevent secession. Ismael Azhari eliminated Buth Diu and Bullen Alier from his cabinet for their criticism of the policy of his government on Southern Sudan. The Sudanese parliament was dissolved in November 1958 after a military coup by General Ibrahim Abboud.
Later years
In November 1964, General Ibrahim Abboud returned control to an interim civilian government. In 1965 a northern-dominated government was elected led by Muhammad Ahmad Mahgoub. This government paid lip service to a peaceful solution to the southern problem while waging an increasingly brutal war against the Nya Nya rebels. The Southern Front withdrew its candidates for the Supreme Council and the Cabinet, saying that the government had violated its agreement that the Southern Front would be the sole representative of the South Sudan African National Union (SANU) had two members appointed to the cabinet, Alfred Wol Akoc and Andrew Wieu, and Both Diu were appointed to the third seat reserved for a southerner in the cabinet. He was given the position of Minister of Animal Resources. The two SANU minisresignedgned in protest after the Juba and Wau massacres. Both Diu and Philemon Majok were now the only representatives of southern Sudan in the government, both supporters of a unified Sudan.
Both Diu died soon after the 1972 Peace Accord was signed in Addis Ababa, ending the First Sudanese Civil War. He had tried to bridge the huge gap between the South and the realities of Northern politics and failed to satisfy either amp. Both Diu once said that Sudan was like an eagle with a broken wing, dragging itself along the ground, becoming weaker each day, longing to return to the freedom of the skies.

Open Letter to All South Sudan National Youth..........................................................................................................................................................
Re: To recreate a "National mechanism," a "National Youth Policy" or "National Youths Council", equally from South Sudan all parties Members to Save South Sudan Youth from ongoing situation whether thistensionn inciting by Dr. Albino or Cde. Gola , one of the three following options.
Dear: South Sudan Youth.
I would have to be determined, establish and suggest few among you to be responsible for leading such a move, recreating the national youth policy and later, directing it.
The options for such mechanism would be as follows:
First option:
We, the Youth must establish a designated National Youths Committee(Council Bodies), Policy for Youth, which can be considered as the advantages of establishing a Committee for handling the matter as twofold:
First, they would relay a clear message as to the importance of the subject, for example Dr. Albino, the National Ministry of Youth, Culture and Sport took his Ministries order for suspending another Head Youth office which is not fair, this decision can be took by National Youth Council If we have any.
Second, Both two office misuse to monitor youth mechanism for planning, development and coordinating among the youth services operate in different parties, different state and county. there would be an entity take national responsibility for bringing the subject of youth into the public agenda, as well as attempting
to coordinate and operate all of these services through the second and third
sectors (business sector and volunteers).
This may cause Ministry of Youth Culture and Sport National Office & South Sudan National Youths Union Office and other state ministries, to view this as an important matter that should be invested into and handled as a high
priority, to drop their level of responsibility. This may also lead to a situation of youth budgets, of other ministries, “fleeing” away from youth related activities.
In addition, established a New National Youths Committee to unite all parties youth in the country which will carries a high cost, on going peace process which does not be seem politically, socially and economically realistic at the moment because the country torture by different crisis.
Option two:Youth must establish a public authority that would deal with youth
related matters. this would be a statutory authority for coordinating and uniting the resources of all South Sudan Ministries working on youth related matters.
This authority would concentrate within itself all of the youth related resources, and would lead the providing of services while
unifying all parties related national state, state and county budgets. the authority would concentrating all resources under one roof, for the purpose of planning and developing of services for the South Sudan Youth.
Option three: Youth must establish a National Youth Committee for youth related matters,
Headed by the Ministry of Education or Ministry of Water and Irrigation (since this two ministry is concerned with
all of the South Sudan Youth). Such a committee would be given the status of a
social cabinet, and would work on establishing the national policy, which
would include a clear allocation of all parties responsibilities among the ministries
and South Sudan National Youths Union Office, the unification of knowledge and resources, and determine the priorities for the advancement of youth related subjects and
services.
Now Ministry of Youth Culture and Sport National Office and South Sudan National Youth Union wouldn't exist for dealing with self benefits and those around them. Some of these are ad hoc (the Ministry of Youth Culture and Sport National Office and South Sudan National Youth Union is the issue of
Discriminate Youth base on parties violence in general public and witness violence specifically cattle rider silently).
To end this, based on the accumulated experience, and based on today’s political –
social - economical situation between two youth office, this is the preferred and recommended option andprofessional mechanism, which would lead the processes of establishing the policy, making the decisions and monitoring the ex*****on and report.the drawback for this option is the need for true and honest cooperation among the Ministry of Youth Culture and Sport National Office and South Sudan National Youth Union in order to recreate a national policy.
Best regards.
