Job Vacancy Business Unit Manager
A well-established pharma and nutrition company is seeking to hire a Business Unit Manager with the below criteria:
• More than 3 years as a sales manager in pharmaceutical field
• MBA is preferred
• Proven track records of achieving sales targets
•Influence skills with both inside and outside organizations
•Strategic thinking and planning
•Excellent communication skills
• New Launches Experience is a must.
• Develops, implements and continuously improves on the strategic and tactical business activities to sustain and grow the company in coordination with the CEO while achieving the required revenue and profit targets.
• Maintains a long term perspective on all issues affecting the business Positions pharmacene and its products to ensure its long-term viability and growth.
*Ensures that all employees are aware of their needs to achieve the highest level of performance while receiving a commensurate level of support and development
