?
She said it.
Discreetly.
Without remorse.
To my surprise.
This unfortunately pretty lady who bumped into me at Anambra State Airport.
On Friday.
On my way back to Lagos.
Earlier when my uncle dropped me at the airport, I cautiously prayed I don't miss my flight.
So I rushed in for counter check.
She was the one standing before me, when I stood behind her she turned and looked at me with a brief smile.
"Thank God I'm not the only one that came in late."
I smiled back and said nothing.
When we boarded.
Unfortunately, I realized I wasn't given a window seat.
So I approached one of the air hostesses.
"Good day. Please, I will like to make a change of seat. I prefer a window seat."
She responded.
"Okay, sir. Please, could you wait after boarding lets see if there is any window seat vacant, then you can switch."
I thanked her and sat back on my seat. After boarding, I walked up to her again.
She pointed a window seat for me to seat, I thanked her and rushed to the seat.
Someone tapped me at the back, I turned back lo and behold, it was that young lady I met at the terminal.
She smiled.
flirtatiously.
And said.
"Hmmm I met you again. Why did you change your seat?"
I responded with a brief smile.
"I wanted a window seat."
"I can say it was God who brought you here. I was praying to talk to you again."
"We are not on the same row, you are seating right behind me."
She responded.
"But we can talk. Are you based in Anambra?"
"No, but I am from here."
"Wow. Where are you based?"
"Lagos."
"I could guess."
"Why?"
"Because looking at you one could tell you don't live anywhere in Anambra. What brought you to Anambra?"
"I came for a visit."
"How long were you here?"
I responded.
"Just a day."
And turned to her.
"What about you?"
"I'm a student."
I looked at her.
"I couldn't have guessed. You don't look like one. So you are going back to school?"
"Noo, I'm a student in Oko."
"Federal Polytecnic?"
"Yes."
"What's taking you to Lagos, sorry if I may ask?"
"I have a brief job in Lekki, I should be back on Tuesday for my exams."
"You school in Oko Anambra and work in Lekki Lagos?"
"Not necessarily Lagos. It depends the location my job takes me to."
"What kind of job."
"I warm house for my opposite gender."
"What does that mean?"
"I come to a man's house and stay with him, depending how long he wants me to stay then he pays me for my service."
"What service?"
"Oga, you supposed to understand at this stage."
"Okay, that is what is taking you to Lagos right now?"
"Yes, since you live in Lagos now I can come to your place after this trip. I see no ring in your hand, that means you are a potential client. You only have to book for my flight to and fro, and then pay me for my services."
"What service?"
"Let me say it as it is. My service is spending time in your place with you alone. You won't regret it. 50K per night but it's nogotisteable. But my flight must be booked. As you can see now I'm on a flight because my client booked it."
"Wow."
"Yes. If you need me I am available from September because this month and all through August I'm already booked. Abuja. Lagos. Port Harcourt even Kaduna and Ghana. This is how we help ourselves and that is how I pay my school fees and fund my expensive instagram lifestyle. Are you in...?"
