⏳Before Hijrah – immigration
The idolaters of Makkah deprived themselves of all benefit when they rejected the message and sat on the wayside, threatening the believers and wishing it were crooked. Even though their false propaganda which succeeded to prevent many tribes from entering Islam, the truth has eventually to prevail. Allah SWA ordained that a group should arise and rescue Islam from the environment which rejected it. This group was destined to provide the Islamic Dawa with land and stability after it had experienced isolation and homelessness and to enable it to blaze a trail through life when the huge obstacles had been removed from its path.
This change was made by the delegations of came from Yathrib – the old name of Madinah – to Makkah during the pilgrimage season. The people of Yathrib held the distinction over the rest of the Arabs by being neighbours of the Jews and acquainted with the ideology of Tawheed.
When the pilgrimage season approached and the tribes of Yathrib arrived in Makkah, they saw the prophet Mohammed صلى الله عليه وسلم inviting people to Allah SWA and their hearts were opened to him. The talk of Islam began to spread gradually in Yathrib, and although it wasn’t given a warm welcome, it was, nevertheless, not received with animosity as in Makkah. Scarcely three years had passed since the new helpers had heard of Islam. Then, they became its refuge and fortress.
🌄The beginning of Hijrah
Muslims called each other from every corner to come to Yathrib. The Hijrah wasn’t only an escape from persecution and torture, it was in fact a movement to establish a new society in a safe country. It became the duty of all able Muslims to assist in the building of this new homeland and to put their utmost efforts into fortifying it and raising its status among the other nations.
The Hijrah wasn’t a mere transfer from a nearby town to a distant one. It was about leaving everything behind for Faith in Allah SWA, to whom belong the Heavens and the earth, and to whom belongs all the praise in this world and the Hereafter, and who is the Wise. It’s only believers who can bear harsh difficulties in the Hijrah. As for the noisy, confused cowards they are unable to withstand any of that, for they are of those about whom Allah SWA said :
If We had ordered them to sacrifice their lives or to leave their homes, very few of them would have done it: But if they had done what they were (actually) told, it would have been best for them, and would have gone farthest to strengthen their (faith);
( Quran Surah 4: Verse 66 )
As for those men who rallied around the prophet Mohammed صلى الله عليه وسلم in Makkah, acquired the rays of guiding light from him and exhorted one another to the truth and perseverance, they hastened, travelling light, as soon as they were told to migrate to where they would strengthen Islam and be assured of its future.
📍1442 years since what !?
follow us to know it's anniversary 🆙
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) delivered his last sermon (Khutbah) on the ninth of Dhul Hijjah (12th and last month of the Islamic year), 10 years after Hijrah (migration from Makkah to Madinah) at Arafat.
His words were quite clear and concise and were directed to the entire humanity.
_After praising, and thanking Allah he said:
“O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present here today.
O people, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you.
Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. Allah has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived.
Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.
O people, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah’s trust and with His permission.
If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.
O people, listen to me in earnest, worship Allah, say your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.
All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except bypiety (taqwa) and good action.
Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly.
Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves.
O people, no prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born.
Reason well, therefore, O people, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Qu'ran and my example, the Sunnah and if you follow these you will never go astray.
All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness, O Allah, that I have conveyed your message to your people”
O Allah accept our good deeds in these blessed days 🤲
Great month ... Great Days
- Allah Almighty says "Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allah and establish prayer and spend [in His cause] out of what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, [can] expect a profit that will never perish "
How should you recite Quran ?
The answer is in Sura Al-Mozammel ......
One of Quran names is " Al-Furqan " which differentiate between truth and misguidance.
Alhamdulillah for sending us such a guidance within the Quran !
There are different kinds of abandoning the Quran :
- To abandon listening to it, believing in it.
- To abandon working according to it (its rules, laws,
teachings…), knowing its permissible and forbidden..
- To abandon making it the judge in the basics and branches of religion and life.
- To abandon pondering over and understanding it, and not just knowing what it verses mean.
What a wonderful Hadith for the prophet -PBUH - !!
Have you met a person having these attitudes ?
's 🇹🇷 Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has signed a decree converting Hagia Sophia in into a masjid.
-There are Ten Rewards for Every Letter Recited from the Quran Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: "The one who reads a single letter from the Book of Allah will be rewarded with one good deed. (Know that) A good deed is multiplied ten times over. I do not say Alif Laam Meem is one letter. Verily, Alif is one letter, Laam is one letter, Meem is one letter."
Quran is healing for the mess which inside us.
Simply... Quran is life ! ❤️
what is your favourite Aayah in the Quran ?
{Falsehood cannot approach it from before it or from behind it (it is) sent down by the All-Wise, Worthy of all prais (Allah) } [Fussilat 41:42]

Farewell Sermon: Your Lord is one, your father Adam is one
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said during the middle of the day at the end of the pilgrimage, “O people, your Lord is one and your father Adam is one. There is no favor of an Arab over a foreigner, nor a foreigner over an Arab, and neither white skin over black skin, nor black skin over white skin, except by righteousness. Have I not delivered the message?” They said, “The Messenger of Allah has delivered the message.”
