- The child was complaining from pain with eating , the tooth needed extraction due to root caries, but to avoid the risk of teeth rotation we did our best to save the tooth as much as possible .. The following procedures have been done

A Patient came to the clinic complaining from a slight pain on piting , and the following steps have been done
1-Caries is removed , and cavity is prepared
2- Isolation is done using Rubber dam
3- we used Theracal , as the cavity was very near to the pulp
4- GI restoration is placed
5-Follow up after 1 week to restore the tooth with Composite
