👉🏻 Tactile sensation with proper file precurving in the suspected directions

👉🏻 Magnification has a major role specially in the Obturation Phase

📝 Whenever u suspect a 3rd canal, it is usually similar to this configuration ( 2 Close Buccal Canals & 1 palatal canal )
📝 The Buccal canals may have separate orifices or may have a deep split ( in this case there is a split in the Coronal 1/3 of the root )
📝 Shaping depends on Tactile sensation and Precurving of files
📝 Obturation is tricky and may be the most difficult step according to the location of the split ( steps of Obturation in the pictures )
