It will be SPEED BOUNDS.
Because they’re great for developing:
1- Speed reactivity
2- Hip Power
3- Horizontal and Vertical velocity
4- It can be done by athletes all ages and abilities.

You have to consider plyometrics in your workouts.
Start with Unloaded plyometrics before Loaded plyometrics so you can improve:
-Your Technique
-Your Foot Placement
-Your Ground absorbing
Then, start to use weights to increase your explosive power.

SQAUT! Wide or narrow?
This is a quick test to check whether you should squat in a Narrow Stance or Wide Stance.
•Start Narrow and put your knee in front of your body.
If you get stuck at 90 degrees or a little bit over then you probably SHOULDN'T squat in narrow stance.
If you can pull your knee all the way up and touch your chest “check picture number 4 ” then you're GOOD to squat in a narrow stance.
To see if you should be squatting in a Wider stance:
•you want to pull your leg to the other side and do the same kind of test, pull your knee up to your chest again, if you get stuck at 90 degrees then you SHOULDN'T be squatting wide, If you can pull it and touch your chest “check picture number 5 “ , then you CAN squat in a wider stance.

Assess the Mobility, Flexibility, Strength , Power and Cardiovascular capacity , to track our athletes’ progress and help them reach their top performance.
We had the pleasure of hosting 2 of the best long jumpers in the Egyptian history, Basem yehia who’s the 3rd furthest jump in Egypt with 7,85m and Omar Bassiouny who holds the Egyptian long jump record u20 7,67m and it remains unbreakable until today. Both of them have won many National medals and won Arab championships u18 / u20 .
