Sharing a tip on hanging curtains with Nicole Leigh Marcellus!

Do you struggle with how to hang your curtains like me? 🤷🏻‍♀️
Follow Megan’s advice ❤️❤️❤️👇🏼 ****(Megan is a interior design genius, lover of all things farmhouse & Dunn, she also owns LR Style & Design)****+🌿☕️✨

Instantly give your home a more high end look by hanging curtains at a higher height. The curtain rod should be hung as close to the ceiling as you can get. Which means the standard 84” length panel will probably be too short and you will need the 96” or 108” curtain length. The longer length and hanging the rod higher gives the illusion of a higher ceiling and window. This doesn’t have to break the bank either! Target sells the longer lengths online for only $10 more a panel ($35 each) or Ikea has some really good options at 96-118” (link in comments) **also love Ikea curtain rods**

I myself made this mistake with my curtains and realized what a difference the longer curtains are 😱✨
