Living with cystic fibrosis means facing a lot of challenges, but football has always been my outlet. Getting out on the pitch, running around with my team – it’s more than just a game to me. It keeps me fit and helps me stay on top of my health. But just as important, it keeps me focused and mentally strong. Having a routine, staying active, and pushing through has helped me manage CF in ways I never expected. Grateful for every match I get to play! ⚽💪

As one of the many cystic fibrosis patients around the globe, I think we can all commonly agree that medication and treatments have generally come a long way in the last thirty years or so. Especially for patients in nations who provide them with affordable access to healthcare.
