After Bogota , i went to Santa Marta to lecture at the Colombian Anual Congress. An amazing event , the organization and hospitality was spectacular. I met so many old and new friends.

Root Canal treatment in a 3.7 with necrosis and apical lesion. Minimal invasive shaping and finishing with Apical Shaper from Zarc. Obturation, warm vertical compaction with Neo Sealer Flo from Zarc/Avalon. A lateral canal also is filled in the distal root.

Amazing Styleitaliano endodontics congress in Valencia. Great organization, great knowledge for more than 400 students from all over the world!!!

Reimplantation in a 1.1 with apical fracture. The retreatment was not working properly and we decide to do a reimplantation, suspecting an apical root fracture. The fracture was only in the last 4 mm of the root. The fracture was prepared with a 330 bur, and was obturated with Geristore. Apical plug with Super EBA was also performed.
