A magnificent Renaissance style room divider with integral desk in one of the four bedroom suites of Mr Bulla's villa. The whole upper part is completely flat - fake drawers and a complex marquetry using 15 differing types of veneer - emulating the "forced perspective" of the Palazzo Spada in Rome. Master bathroom to include twin showers, twin basins and an enameled iron tub - with marble and tile walls, fittings in brass and copper to match the tub detailing, separate WC cubicle antique stained glass panel above the entrance door.

An "artwork" that I designed along the lines of the specimen tables of 18th century English furniture design, with many different types of unusual marble and onyx, to cover a 4.5m high bedroom wall. Each octagon measures 1m in diameter.

The master bedroom with domed full tester suspended from the rafters. The TV screen rises hydraulically from the commode at the foot of the bed. The inhabitants of the room are shielded from the prying eyes of staff with an intricately carved L-shaped sandstone jali set back from the entrance to the left.

Octagonal basement Spa with domed and vaulted ceiling in mother-of-pearl and brass banding accentuating the curves. Floor and walls in Carrara marble with brass inlay. Sauna, Steam, Roman Bath whirlpool bath and Ice cold Plunge pool. Micro-tiled heated relaxation seats.

The other end of the dining room has six framed Canaletto etching copies. The middle two hide the jib door into the kitchen. The bottom right splits in two and opens as the access hatch from the kitchen to pass the warm food through, as is found in old English country houses.

The inner courtyard -

I designed it to look like a Governor's mansion with 3.5m by 1.5m Mugal style windows and double vaulted brick archway.
