External Compliance Audit
The Financial Obligations Regulations 2010, Regulation 10, provides that all Financial Institutions and Listed Businesses are required to have an External Compliance Audit Review completed to assess Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing compliance.

Here are a few guidelines in selecting the professional for the External Compliance Audit, Financial Institutions and Listed Businesses are guided by Regulation 10 (5) which states that;

‘All auditors or other competent professionals engaged for the purposes of these Regulations, shall be specifically trained to undertake their functions’.
