📣 Hoy nos complace compartir con vosotros nuestra experiencia de participar en la tercera reunión transnacional del proyecto "Women Learning Together" que tuvo lugar en Torino, Italia 🇮🇹

👩🏻‍💻 El proyecto "Women Learning Together" tiene como objetivo crear recursos sostenibles, innovadores y efectivos en el contexto de la crisis actual, con el propósito de fomentar el empleo y el autoempleo entre las mujeres.

🌐 En esta reunión representantes de Bantani Education, Association of Business Women - Macedonia, APID Torino, Innogate to Europe y Enterprise Evolution se reunieron para discutir actividades previas, planificar futuras acciones y considerar mejoras potenciales.

📚Durante el evento, las mujeres participantes adquirieron conocimientos en áreas como autoconciencia, autoeficacia, soft skills y competencias, lo que contribuirá a su desarrollo personal y profesional.

Hoy os anunciamos el caso de Jesús Fernández Prieto, un emprendedor digital que hizo su Erasmus para Jóvenes Emprendedores en Polonia.👦🇵🇱

Su misión, montar una Agencia de Marketing Digital y... objetivo cumplido.🏆🏆

Tras su 6 meses en Cracovia, acabó montando su Agencia .

Ésta vez os vamos a contar el caso de Flavia Chiarelli 🇮🇹🇮🇹, que hizo el programa de Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs🇪🇺🇪🇺 (EYE) con Innogate to Europe como Organización Intermediaria (SO). El intercambio lo hizo con Manuel Carabias Herrero como Emprendedor de Acogida (HE) en España🇪🇸🇪🇸.

Manuel Carabias Herrero es Doctor en Educación por la Universidad de Valladolid y se presentó a EYE con su proyecto Formative Footprint, en el cual da servicios de consultoría para la creación y desarrollo de programas formativos.

Flavia vino desde Italia🇮🇹🇮🇹 a desarrollar su proyecto Yey Lit y estuvo 4 meses con Manuel🇪🇸🇪🇸.

El programa Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs ha alcanzado los 10.000 intercambios. Desde 2009, la iniciativa ha facilitado la transmisión de entre de toda Europa.

10 000 have already benefited from "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs” and teamed up with an experienced business partner in a different country.

Under this programme, new entrepreneurs benefit from on-the-job training in a small or medium-sized enterprise for a period of 1 to 6 months, to acquire the skills needed to run their small firm.

Here are some success stories:

Miquel from the Netherlands helped Sergi from Spain to learn how to take professional photos and edit them using professional software while showing what it takes to run a business in the Netherlands.

Alexandra from Austria went to Andrea in Italy and learned more about the leather industry and manufacturing processes, focusing on sustainability and innovation.

Sahand from Italy gained experience from Joao (Sweden) on innovative technologies in solar energy and their integration into a larger energy grid.

Morteza Nokhodian and the whole team of PANTOhealth (https://pantohealth.com/) are excited about their collaboration with Tomás within the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. Tomás is learning about PANTOhealth’s predictive maintenance of pantographs and catenaries. 🚉 At the same time he puts his host in touch with infrastructure managers in Spain and helped to introduce PANTOhealth in Spain's startup ecosystem. The international team considers the exchange a perfect fit – as Morteza states: „We are more than happy about this exchange, Tomás is a fast learner, and he is already helping us in business development and fund raising by finding leads.“ 💰
