The press-up is an exercise many of us struggle to manage in the early stages of training. Here's a quick tip that can help you get the required strength in the muscles used to perform them! πͺπΌ
If this technique is still too difficult, you can try the same thing but with your knees on the ground, and then work your way up. The method still works! β

Start off at 10 reps, twice a day. Increase the volume as it gets easier, or increase the resistance of the band. π
