National N**e Day is celebrated all around the world on July 14. As the name suggests, people remove all articles of clothing on this holiday. Many perceive this as a perverted notion, but the day celebrates freedom and the aesthetics of the human body. There is an entire movement devoted to this concept, known as naturism or nudism (although the two slightly differ). The holiday started in New Zealand, and from there it spread to other Western countries.



National N**e Day came into being when former-rugby-player-turned-television-presenter Marc Ellis dared viewers to streak in front of New Zealand’s former prime minister, Helen Clark, some time at the beginning of the 21st century. The holiday is now celebrated in over 30 countries worldwide.



The health benefits of going n**e are undeniable. Many studies prove that walking barefoot potentially decreases the risk of Alzheimer’s, as the neurons in the brain are stimulated. The skin is exposed to sunlight and, hence, the body stores higher levels of Vitamin D. Fitted clothing restricts circulation, which is another reason to go without it. Benjamin Franklin was apparently aware of all these benefits, as he would reportedly enjoy ‘air baths’ near an open window, allowing fresh air to envelope his uncovered body

Alweer een seizoen ten einde
Nog steeds op ons zelfde stekkie…
We kunnen weer terugkijken op prachtige mensen die bij ons hebben verbleven dit jaar. Dank jullie wel voor de mooie momenten!
Volgend jaar gaat een speciaal jaar worden. Op 2 januari 2024 zijn we dan 20 jaar bij elkaar en we hebben allebei het voornemen om vanaf 1 juni met pensioen te gaan. We hebben besloten dat 2024 ons laatste jaar zal zijn zoals iedereen het gewend is van ons. Ondanks dat alle prijzen omhoog zijn gegaan, is de prijs bij Casa Los Dos hetzelfde gebleven. We willen de prijzen zo houden, maar het ontbijt zal minder uitgebreid zijn, maar net zo lekker als nu.
Vanaf 2025 gaan we voor een ander concept, maar daar gaan we iedereen volgend jaar uitgebreid over inlichten. Ons concept blijft nog steeds in 2024 hetzelfde: gayfriendly, clothing optional en adults only.
Willen jullie Casa Los Dos nog een keer bezoeken in 2024, boek dan nu en krijg tot 2/1/2024 een vroegboekkorting van 20% (min. 5 nachten)

Heavenly place

Heavenly place, seemingly out of reality.
I had the great chance to stay at Casa los Dos for a few days in June and it felt soooo good. This is a very nice and cosy B&B, in a very quiet location in the mountains high above the sea. Ad and Erik - the hosts - do everything to make everyone feel welcome and home. They prepare an exuberant breakfast each day which is taken with fantastic sea view (see pic) and three times a week they cook for dinner, which I recommend to never miss - firstly, it is excellent, secondly, sitting with the hosts and guests with food and wine or Belgian (excellent) beer, which you simply take out of the honesty fridge, is great fun - they manage to gather fun and interesting people around them - so - don't miss the opportunity. Once in a while there is a naturist option - which I was happy to take and even more: I went on my first naturist hike along a fantastic river.... HIGHLY recommended. The place is very clean, all in best order, and feels very good to stay in. The pool is small but refreshing and has a gorgeous view. The location is dark and quiet at night - perfect to enjoy the twinkling stars, which we cannot see from our generally overlit cities....
