First and foremost, I am not a healthcare professional, I'm a professional patient, with a deep understanding of human biology, and an insatiable appetite for knowledge. These opinions are my own, and are mere suggestions meant to assist you in making an informed decision for yourself. Thanks for reading. :)

Best breakdown of each I've seen; based on this information and other sound sources, I feel comfortable taking the Vaccine: it's the most efficacious and produced no severe disease/ 0 deaths. That's music to our ears. Basically it's 94.5% effective against disease and 100% effective against severe disease/death. It also doesn't require the crazy storage temperature like .
looks best for places like Africa and Pacific Islands, for example, where refrigeration is a barrier and in my humble scientific perspective, it's an overall inferior vaccine with efficacy as low as 65%, including severe cases and death but can be regularly refrigerated, which allows for greater distribution to rural and 3rd world places, this is still in Phase 3 clinical trials.
:
I'll be taking the one, it's the safest with my specific comorbidities (MCAS, immunocompromised, already done a month on a ventilator just last year for over a month, including coma, near death, etc.); so decide which one is best for you by watching this video all the way through (with really paying attention, possibly taking notes) and in under an hour, I promise you'll know which is best for you, which will reduce apprehension, confusion, and anxiety. ♡♡♡

I plead with you to watch this with your loved ones in order to make an informed decision instead of solely relying on the media, or what is accessible in your region.
Since I'm in (due to being included in the group), I'm getting my Dr. to figure out how to get the one I want and I advise you to do the same, asap.

An informed decision is important in matters of life vs death and I hope that's important to you as well. ♡♡♡

I, personally have had vaccine injury, therefore I prioritized looking into ingredients: there are no adjuvants, fillers or anything else, the Moderna vaccine is essentially encapsulated by lipids (fats) in saline, so that the vaccine cells can attach to your cells and begin working. Thankfully, the allergenic index is low, so far, making it hypoallergenic. (This method of cellular construction is commonly referred to as , with an increased and little to no allergic reactions). So take comfort in knowing this. (I'll link to another video in the comments that addresses ingredients and the like.)

Here's the video link, this, thanks. ♡

Are you Drowning from an Unknown or Invisible Illness?
Have you been diagnosed with an illness ending in:
-itis -algia, or with something that is "idiopathic"? [This means that the doctors don't know why you're sick - would you like to get to the root of the problem and get better?]

Common Mold Sickness Misdiagnoses - Is This Really My Illness?
Stories have been told over and over again, and patients given one diagnosis after another, by physicians who have not checked inflammatory markers. These markers are checked by blood tests in labs across the nation. You do not need someone's best guess - you need hard science. When proven to be a correct diagnosis, these conditions when actually present, will not improve with therapies employed in the treatment of mold sickness.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Attention Deficit Disorder
These diagnoses are only a few of those commonly made incorrectly. You can have your physician to order the tests for the inflammatory markers we us. If anyone says you have an , ask for objective data to prove it. You need a plan based on hard science.

Genuine : mostly taken for granted, never overrated. This meme is nice, however the words of the author are what's touching.

"I love this story of friendship. They met in college. They both shared a similar dream. They both reached their dreams. They both made the world a better place with their light. And for me, Christopher Reeves was born to play Superman. He was just so perfect for the part because he portrayed the kindness of Superman so well. And Robin, what can you say about Robin Williams that hasn't already been said?
But this is my favorite story to tell about their friendship. Imagine the depth of fear and anguish Christopher Reeves was feeling. And imagine how much pain and fear Robin Williams was feeling walking into the ICU. But Robin found a way to be exactly what his friend needed at his most trying hour of life. I like to think that Robin Williams was more grateful for his comedic gift in that moment, than he'd ever been before. And I like to think Christopher Reeves was more grateful for his friendship with Robin, in that moment, than ever before.
Friendship is everything.
Take more time with your friends.
Seriously.
Stop putting off time with your friends for later when you think you'll have more time.
Life is now.
A handful of good friends makes you Ultra-Wealthy.
And a single good friend may be exactly what you need at your most trying hour of life.
I'm tagging some of my dearest and closest friends in life as a deep expression of my love and gratitude for them in my life.
If you are inspired to do so, share this post and tag some of yours." Patrick Combs

•○°My Thoughts°○•
Thank you to those few who have been my , for you have made my sickest times worth living and remind me that there is light even in the darkest of times.
This past year I went from enduring illness to fighting for my life and the people who stepped up, have made me feel so wealthy in l♡ve, while so poor in health.
Friends, they're important. Choose them wisely. They can make or break you, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally which all directly affect the quality of your life.
Do your friends recharge your batteries or drain them? Do they challenge you to become your best self or hinder you from growing?
♢Your circle of friends are equivalent to whom an athlete trains with♢
《For example》If an athlete chooses to only play against people who are easy to beat and do not challenge her, than she will never get any better at the game. But if an athlete continually plays against people who are better than her, her game will continually improve.
---> this isn't to imply that your friends should not be a place of relaxing refuge, however, they should still be a place of challenge.
You are going through a tough emotional time, ie. break up, layoff, hate your boss/job/where you live, etc.
1) Do they commiserate and that's all.
-OR-
2) Do they empathize and help you grow?
*ie, Help you gain perspective through finding the silver lining ---> lesson to be learned, next step to take to move forward, solution to problem, etc.
♢This is the difference between a friend who recharges your battery and drains it, someone who gives back to the friendship vs. does the bare minimum or maximum to (unintentionally or intentionally) keep you from growing.♢
Do your friends help make you a better person? Do they build you up without tearing anyone else down to do so?
1) Do you help your friends grow or hold them back?
2) Do you drain your friends' batteries or recharge them?
3) When was the last time you gave a new friendship a try?
▪☆Not sure?☆▪
Ask questions, I guarantee someone else is wondering and it'll help them.
