Tips to divide your session
Here are 👊🏻𝟑 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 with your goalkeepers.⁣ ⁣⁣ ▫️𝗪𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐮𝐩, mark as objective to work some technical actions even physical but do not forget to focus on the phase prior to all technical actions: displacement + body position.⁣ ⁣⁣ ▫️𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫t, it is a good time to assimilate, develop or perfect a tactical behavior (in our next methodology workshop, we will talk more about this section)⁣ ⁣⁣ ▫️ 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭, generates tasks where the doorman has to interpret constantly.
