You can lead a horse to water, you cant make it drink mate. I always promote your services. Three packs plus per day down to given up, in one easy session I cant believe it, dont want one, dont need one, dont miss smoking. I´ve just been on my first holiday as a none smoker, no more looking for the smoking areas, no more eating on the terrace so I could smoke after a meal no more planning the days events around smoking, rushing a fag before going in somewhere, which was weird for me lol.
