DAY 1
We met in São Paulo after flying in from different cities ✈️, each of us bringing the hum of home. The city was unusually quiet, perfect for settling in and shaking off the travel fatigue 😌. As the day faded, we prepared for the journey ahead, anticipation quietly simmering beneath the calm 🌅.

Hola, soy Ruma! 🧡 Este otoño celebramos 12 años trabajando en esta profesión que tanto me gusta 🫶 12 años de mucho crecimiento, muchos cambios y quiero contaros un poco sobre mi,

Empecé en Rusia en año 2011 en donde abrí mi primera cafetería de especialidad, vendíendo mi propia producción de chocolate! Si, me formé en fabricación de chocolate artesanal en Bélgica y Francia, bastante multifacética 🤣

Soy feliz con lo que hago y mi principal motivación es hacer más felices a las personas con todo - crecimiento, cafe, snacks, servicio: “Ruma’s - is a coffee experience that makes you happier”

Es un proyecto hecho con mucho amor y apoyo familiar, en donde mi hija mayor ya trabaja como barista, mi madre hace algunas pasteles y mi padre ayuda con números ❤️
Las otras dos hijas también están aprendiendo como manejar una cafetería 🤪

Me dedico en consultoría de aperturas de locales! Abrí ya 7 cafeterías de distintos conceptos alrededor del mundo.

Descubrí que mi gran pasión son los negocios y ayudar a otras personas en desarrollo personal e empresarial 💪

Hoy en día me dedico a seguir mejorando y creciendo con Ruma’s! Estoy escribiendo un libro de auto-superación, doy clases de arte terapia y soy fundadora de un proyecto voluntario educativo para indígenas de Sierra Nevada 🇨🇴
