Getting back into my running, feels good x
Since I broke my wrist I have been very wary of running as so frightened of falling again but I am happy that I haven’t gained a huge amount of weight, just over a kilo in all since May. I enjoyed the grandchildren being here and enjoyed naught ice creams with them and pizza and snacks but of course in playing with them I was getting my exercise too. Now is the time to get back to serious exercises to continue on to get my target weight and fitness. Which I haven’t been for 35 years so a big challenge. So 2.5 kilos to loose and tone up more. Watch this space. Who else of my friends is on a mission to loose a bit of weight ? Either message me direct or comment here so we can inspire one another as its hard on your own ?
You know when you eat food that isn’t good for you your body tells you, as you feel sluggish bloated or tired. When you do some exercises you feel energised and happy, again your body is telling you. Listen more to your body x
Mindset is everything, make that healthy choice and do something today that your body will thank you for. Have a great day everyone x
My mindset has been a bit off recently concerning my exercise, my fall really dented my confidence in running, so at the moment I am thinking about other ways to improve my exercise. My weight has stayed the same as I have been careful with what I eat and if I have had a treat day then the next I have been good. I had a reiki session recently with a fantastic lady who told me I am good at giving but receiving so I need to work on that too. Have a great day everyone x

I hope to get back into my training very soon at the moment I can only do so much as my arm still hurts when I jog but I am getting there and fortunately my weight has stayed the same as I have been careful on what I have been eating x
The modern world lol x
So I wanted to share my final measurements with you after the last 12 weeks of training before I broke my wrist. I am so pleased with the change in my body and I know I have only just really started on my journey. I have lots more plans as soon as my wrist heals, but it has given me the opportunity to re access things that I want to do and learn. Anyway so here are my results for you.
week one = arms 31 cms, legs 56 cms hips 105 cms waist 88cms
week 12 = arms 27.5cms, legs 49.25cms, hips96.5cms, waist 79 cms
weight wise its just under 7 kilos lost
This might not seem like a lot to you but it does to my clothes, and yes i have had treats throughout but i have stuck to a healthy diet most days.
I plan to stick to this way of eating as it now feels like normal and do exercise everyday once the wrist has healed.
So watch this space for the next few months activity and thank you all for your support. I hope that some of you can see that anyone can do this if you make up your mind to "just do it " x
As soon as my wrist heals I want to get back to yoga, I had started to see some real benefits. Look at this amazing lady at 90 years old x
So today is day 3 of my Clean 9 feeling much better re the wrist although new plaster was a bit at first. Weight is difficult to get exactly as not sure how much the plaster weighs but according to the scales have lost 1.5 kilos so far and of course I can’t do the 30 minutes of exercise that they advise to do but I did do some walking. Where there is a will there’s a way lol
So it’s coming up to the end of my concentrated training and Lyn and I agreed to do a C9 to loose those last couple of kilos. So today we started our final 9 day’s. It doesn’t mean I am going to stop eating healthy as now it has become a habit. Unfortunately due to my broken wrist I can’t run at the mo but as soon as the cuts and bruises on my knees have healed I will be back doing long walks and making sure I get 30 minutes of exercise in everyday too. Feel so much better and obviously my clothes fit better too.
I will post my final weight and inches I have lost in 9 days time.

6hours after having baby number 3 she is looking good, I know she has help but her eyes show how happy she is x
Today’s hill to run up, done it twice today for meetings,doesn’t look that steep on the photo but it’s a killer lol
Making a change for the better x
Not only am I still doing my fitness program but we have now started doing yoga every morning too. We love it and very good for the body x
Shattered after tonight’s training but got to be done. No idea how many times we ran up and down this hill, but we did it for 35 minutes, I need a lie down lol
Went for a long walk 10 kilometres and used the exercise machines on the walk way, over 13,000 steps so far and it’s not 3pm yet so will have done well over my regular exercise routine, then went to Devon in Matagorda for a gorgeous Sunday lunch to celebrate Mother’s Day lol x
First half of our hour session was on some steps and a small hill then we walked round to this spot to run 10 times to the tower, climb the steps which are really steep and then run back. Just got back to the car before the rain came x
It’s amazing after just 4 months how I think about what I do eat and how much I exercise too. It just shows how after so many days things become a habit. What habit would you like to change ?
So today’s challenge was to climb a mountain and walk round the volcano. Such beautiful views and so high but worth it x

These are my meals today, the forever shake was my lunch as I had lots of meetings today so it had to be something I could drink on the go and tonight’s tea was a lovely chicken curry made by my husband. I have walked miles today so done over 10,000 steps and done over 30 minutes of exercise x
Saturday morning exercise
Running for 30 mins up the hill before we then climbed this mountain, beautiful view and a few more fat cells blasted lol

Last night we went out for a valentines dinner in puerto Calero at Azure, meal was great and of course it was wonderful spending time with my gorgeous husband, which as the picture says, “Love you to the moon and back “. I did have a dessert so cutting back today to compensate but thought I would make you laugh. Got into bed and suddenly realised I was 3 minutes short of my exercise target according to my Apple Watch. So did no more than get out of bed and run on the spot for those 3 minutes, can’t show you a picture as I was naked but Paul just lay there laughing. I told him it has to be done lol
In the gym training last night as looked like rain at the time, so bike, cross trainer, step and weights were the workout. Tough but good and then when I came out did a little run so I got my 10,000 steps in lol
Bit of dance music on Spotify on the Bose and dance around the lounge to get some exercise for 30 minutes, look like a crazy person but not bothered. Paul says what’s new, love it x
Back on the hill for 58 minutes of running up and down it, bloody knackered lol then home to a beautiful meal of chicken marinated in some spices with carrots broccoli and some sweet potatoes, yum yum x
