My Mission

Welcome to, Keto Life Spain.

The reason I created this page is because I am very passionate about helping inspire others to move towards living a healthier lifestyle and enjoying themselves in the process.

I have always been focused on health and wellness in one way or another. As new studies become available I started to look into how by removing the excess of sugar and carbohydrates can radically improve our health.

After personally going through a health scare last year and having to undergo head surgery, my lifestyle changes I had already adopted into my daily routine had radically speeded up my recovery , that left even the surgeons surprised to see me back in the gym the day after being released from a 9 day hospital stay.
