🙏 How do you like to meditate?🙏

Meditation has always been a bit of an uphill struggle for me until I had an ✨‘aha’ moment ✨ in my late 20s simply listening to the wind. In that moment the penny dropped and I realised I had been ‘doing’ it all wrong!

Nowadays my main meditative practice is massage. When I am present in my work I often go into a trance-like state where the same waves of blissful peace wash over me.

I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to be able to meditate whilst working, to be 100% present with another human being in a world that moves so fast, and to bear witness to someone else’s process.

💜 I love what I do and am so grateful to have found a form of meditation that works for me! 💜
