Hi everyone! I not only use the bowls for one on one treatments but also for meditation an Yin yoga. As yoga and meditation ask to concentrate on your breathing, it’s sometimes not enough. I use the sound to come back in the present moment. As I call the mind the monkey mind, he don’t like to be jobless… So to keep him busy I give him a job, connect to the sound. I have amazing results with this, a specially with Yin yoga.
