Siguiendo con mujeres que me inspiran, si no conocéis a ya estáis tardando, es my spirit animal😂 Yo personalmente la descubrí en ,  y  "Hasta el c**o silence" se lo escuché por primera vez en  4x33, titulado " , la mejor" y ladies, let me tell you, es una filosofía de vida. Fue allá por el 2021, pero que no caiga en el olvido pls.

Third one, 315 weeks ago. This illustration was titled "I'm drowing here and you're describing the water" and goes with my obsession for things in transparent liquids. Anything transparent, to be honest. Those weird face proportions are killing me, but it's too late to apologize.

“A little bit overwhelmed” it’s finished! It took longer than expected but I’m very happy with the result.

This is how I used to feel on my last office job… what do you think? Did you ever feel like this?

This started as a quick sketch for a bigger piece but got caught up on trying a new type of background… then I played with different colors, which option do you prefer?

Bueno, a mi no me miréis mucho que yo a veces sí querría una poquititita, una miajina de vengancita. En casos personales, en casos en los que habría deseado físicamente estar mazada para haber soltado una buena hostia sin temer por mi vida luego. En fin, que este año no os suelto más tocho, ya me he quedado bastante a gusto con esta ilustración. Feliz día a todas!!

Como habéis visto en mi anterior post, lo he vuelto a hacer… en cuestión de tres semanas vacié mi casa, vendí mis cosas, regalé mis libros y volví a agarrar lo básico; a mi gata, algo de ropa, las pinturas y la Cintiq y me fui… esta vez un poquito más lejos. Concretamente unos 6165,4 km más lejos, a New York.

Cerré la etapa en OYSHO después de 3 años, 1 mes, 9 días y 9 horas. O lo que es lo mismo, 1455 días en oficina.

No os voy a engañar, estos años en Barcelona han sido los más duros de toda mi p**a existencia. Problemas de ricos, lo sé, pero lo único que hacía era trabajar, pensar en trabajar, beber, dormir mal, trabajar más, beber más, seguir pensando en el trabajo y comer sándwiches de pavo cocido oferta Mercadona con mayonesa. Ah, y beber.

No congeniaba ni con la gente, ni con la ciudad, ni con los horarios, ni con el estrés, ni con la falta de tiempo para existir fuera del curro ni supe gestionar mi salud mental que llegó al punto de necesitar unos riquiños antidepresivos.

Allá por el día de la mujer de 2020 intenté volver con fuerza a las redes y a mi trabajo como ilustradora. Solté otra turra. Forcejeé por tener toda mi s**t together. Y fallé. Y lo volví a intentar más adelante, y volví a fallar. Venía de unos años en Valencia con tiempo de sobra, unos jefes que se convirtieron en familia ( ) y dos compañeras de piso ( ) a las que el término “compañeras de piso” les quedaba despectivo porque las quiero con toda mi alma y a las que tuve que dejar atrás entre muchísimas lágrimas.

Fue mi propia decisión y no supe. No supe hacerlo bien.

Pero oye, no todo es malo. Lo volvería a hacer aún sabiendo el coste físico, emocional y psicológico. Porque toda la experiencia que he ganado no la habría conseguido ni con el máster más exhaustivo del mundo. Los pasos que he dado me han llevado a donde siempre quise ir, fuera del país, y sobre todo me llevaron a dos personas nuevas ( ) sin las cuales no habría sobrevivido estos años.

Adiós Barcelona, gracias, pero no quiero volverte a ver.
