Paper Boat

This illustration evokes memories of my childhood days. I spent most of my life in Munnar, Kerala where we have a lot of rain during the monsoon season. I had the yearly vacation at school during this rainy season and couldn’t really go outside and play because of the heavy rain. The only “outdoor” activity I did during this time was to make paper boats with my sister and play with them in puddles near my home. I hope this illustration evokes similar memories and happy emotions in all of you😊

Next one in the autumn series🍁 I loved drawing this. I was inspired by a yellow van that I saw on the road the other day and all the beautiful autumn views around😊
