Huge shout out to and everyone else who organised Multiverse Ka Mushaira!
It was an incredible event and I was so proud to be asked to perform. We rarely expand our viewpoint past our own culture but events like this show how wide and varied the South Asian diaspora are. Partition as a seismic event that shaped every single one of us differently and hearing people's experiences reinforced that.
Loved hearing everyone including and everyone who shared their art.
