Cool article about female Key Grips. (Which in Europe would be basicly second gaffer since most on the grips do only camera support here.)
Anyways I was supriced to read how many women work in grip department. That is awesome!
Also very supriced how small percentage of Hollywood movies is directed by women. Not awesome at all!!!
