Tällä viikolla Hankasalmella vietetään koululaisten hiihtolomaviikkoa, ja talvista tekemistä on tarjolla ympäri kuntaa lähtien Hankasalmen kunnan ylläpitämistä hiihtoladuista ja jääkiekkokaukaloista Häkärinteiden laskettelumahdollisuuksiin ja Häähninmäen talviretkeilyreitistöön. Lomakeskus Revontulessa retkeilytoimintaa järjestää portugalilainen eräopas Jorge Machado, josta juttua huomisessa Hankasalmen Sanomissa. Lehdessä asiaa myös palkituista hankasalmelaisista maitotiloista, Pollarin Ohjaamo-toiminnasta, poliisin viime vuoden rikostilastoista sekä Hankasalmen lukiolaisten viime viikon Strasbourgin-matkasta.

Tip of the day:
One of those things that makes a difference but sometimes one does not think about it... boot lacing 😊
Outdoors, Bushcraft and Survival Most of us master shoe-tying in elementary school and don’t give our laces much thought after that. If your hiking boots start to wear on your feet in uncomfortable ways, though, you’ll be glad to learn a few new lacing tricks that could help improve your comfort.

Our Story
The mission of Lumak Adventures is to promote Finland's natural environment and wonderful landscapes, offering biking, hiking and survival or bushcraft activities.
Engaging people in outdoor activities gives them the opportunity to get close to nature in a fun way and to escape from the daily routine stress. It is additionally a way to develop awareness on the importance of nature for the present and future of mankind.
We choose to use fatbikes since they are designed for this type of terrain and latitude, making them an experience to enjoy throughout the year, making our compromise with the costumer to have fun and to feel safe a fact.
