Nutrition Tip :

Adding Cinnamon to your food or desserts can help avoid an insulin spike or lower blood sugar levels. This especially great for people who have Diabetes type 1.

I usually have it twice a day, once first thing in the morning 1/2 a teaspoon with water. And once before I eat my meal which has more carbohydrates in it. So it helps me keep my blood sugar maintained. What a cool hack for desserts ;)

P.S: this method is not to make you eat whatever you want and replace a well-balnced diet. Good quality food is important for overall health.
