We are so blessed to have Marama Naita Akemi Nagahara, she visited Mokani Village on Saturday 20th April and taught our children and youths on how to make Simple Fruit Juice (Carrot ๐ฅ, Banana ๐, Ginger). The Mokani Youth Club members managed to distribute fruit juice to our elders in the village.
Children learn by watching and following your example! If you eat healthy and make them healthy meals, then thatโs what becomes normal for them.
But you've got to lead by example because children want to be just like you. Be what you want them to emulate. You'll end up being healthier too!
