Had an awesome saturday trekking the big bad boy Mt Korobaba again. Family friends and mates struggling but just having fun being greatful. Also thankful for mother nature and lifes journeys spent together outside of our comfort zones.
The trek to the peak and back is like lifes challengers and its goals. To get to where you are today will depend sometimes on hitting obstacles with highs and lows. Some days we will have bad weather and other days good. You can always rest re-adjust and refocus your lifes journey. With your end result of success are the goals you have achieved at your proudest moments, trophies and best moments in Life. All this is through hardwork, dedication, sacrifices and not giving up.
Living life and enjoying it is all that matters with the littlest that you haveand staying humble for it. Ontop of it all, You will see life from a differnt perspective and angle that can change your life. You have the power to change so Trust Believe Workhard and nothing is Impossible.
Onwards and upwards.

Aim/objective:
* the challengers are set up for you already with this bad boy Mt Korobaba. Hills slopes and valleys that twist your inner being and brings out the beast in you to a whole another level. Your target goal and end result is the trophie at its peak with an awesome view of life in a different perspective. Mind body and soul will be tested and at the end the holy spirit intervenes.lol. but all this wont be a success until you reach the top. Thats where you know its just like life. The view is Spectacular and no matter what life throws at you. You have the choice to make it Better.
Things to Bring on your journey.
1. 1.5 to 2ltrs of Water
2. Waterprrof bag and Change for a swim after
3. Breaky or your brunch meal
4. Photo gadgets
5. Fruits
6. Some sugar or energy bars
After the completion of the Mt Korobaba climb
You would have
1. Covered or trekked 4.8km
2. Burned 4150kcl to 5010kcl calories depending on your weight.
3. Hopefully brings out the best in you.
4. Ticked off 1 item off your bucket list

Just wanted to share some information on knowing your products as a sportsperson or an athlete or just a regular human being trying to get products that are comfortable to help you with training. Please try to understand the mechanics of your body type and love your body and treat it well and youll see the fruits of your creation. This are just some knowledge sharing from the sports side of things.
1. Firstly the common injuries associated with sports injuries have association to your sporting gear that you wear also. Alot of equipment clothing and gears is just bought because of what and how it looks on you or on someone else. We need to learn at times to find the right size and not chokable materials and equipments that can cause you bodily harm and actually allow you to breath and move physically in a comfortable environment. Weather, terrain and other factors can aslo be results that contribute to this injuries.
2. Foot wear is a common result in ankle injuries, broken feet bones, fractures, soft tissue tears or can cause trauma if obese and can lead to injuries of painful feet. Especially when you wear them for a certain amount of time. Many people need to realise that you need to buy soft and durable cushioned footwear But a hugger type for feet comfortability. Even though we are built differently a forward pack rugby player cannot wear the same footwear as a longdistance athlete runner. If you know what i mean. So its really important that you check your feet size and the base of the type of shoes and do your research on it before you buy them. Look for the wide base if you have wide feet or narrow base if you have narrow feet. So that theres a sense of balance cushioning for pressure and also tight enough that it doesnt fall off your foot but allows bloodflow. Mechanics, comfortability and knowledge is key to avoiding injuries and balance while on your feet everyday. Plus if your feets happy so does the rest of your day.
So please people be mindful of your feet. They carry your weight and run, walk and travel on lots of different surfaces and terrains. All we can do to keep us moving forward is not stress the muscles and avoid the injuries just by finding comfortable, suitable and balanced shoes that will help your day positvely and path find its wear to avoid feet injuries.

Take hardworking Kristy Fong, even though she gets tired she keeps pushing for 1 more rep, she takes rests in between sets But doesnt give up. 2 months completion ending this week of her weightloss program and now she cause in for more definition and muscle toning.
Motivation is set upon goals that help you grow and have a purpose to drive you in doing what you gotta do. If you dont have that consistency than theres no way forward.

Believe in yourself and showup even when you dont want to. Work in the shadows. Commit and workhard. Eventually success becomes perfection.
Onwards and upward.
When the whole worlds on your shoulders, lift it and keep going. I bluff. Share it man or take it out on a sunset and sunrise walks. Whack a 10 burpee and 5min jogs with some mountain climbers.........lol rest if need so but dont Ever give up.
