Do you ignore or delay software updates installation?
Here's what happens when you delay software updates:
▶️ Device is not protected against viruses, Spyware and other malware.
▶️ Cyber- criminal attacks are more likely to happen.
▶️ Your device may experience crashing, freezing and generally have poor performance.
✅️ The update notification helps us resolve these security issues by updating the softwares immediately while also getting access to improved new features at the same time.

It is always easier to speak out negative about others when you are online, WHY? Maybe because the person being offended is not in front of you and the sense of guilt is less to none or maybe they don't respond to it in the fear of being further bullied online. This however does not permit one to engage in cyberbullying.
Imagine you being the victim; Imagine you being accused in front of the world; Imagine you being pushed by the very people who knows you or you once trusted.
It isn't the same when you are the victim.
Silence encourages fear, to be cyberbullied, up and act against cyberbullying, those that attempt to affect your mental, physical or emotional health online.
Say no to cyberbullying!

Emoji has become such an important factor in the digital world. It adds value to the conversation and let's you show your emotion that can not be done face to face.
Emoji can also have the same impact as your words.
As we come across another celebration this month- marking "World Emoji Day" which was on the 17th of July, I urge everyone to choose their emoji carefully and let it not be a reason to hurt someone!
These emojis apply a deep meaning to conversation, it should not used to tease, harass or bully someone online.
Staying home is not the holidays the children wanted to have, but they still have to inorder to stay safe. Most of the kids like to play games at this time, children are indeed getting tech savvy however they are as innocent. Protect them stay safe online as well.
Dear Parents, talk to them and guide them in the right manner:
Tell them not to speak to strangers online, it is the same as talking to strangers outside who can cause harm. Children are naive and what they think are random chat within a game can also be means to get information.
Tell them not to give out their personal information such as name, number, location, likes/ dislikes to anyone online.
Tell them not to share passwords or pin codes with anyone. Even if it is simple code that unlocks a device, can give access to alot of data saved in the device.
Tell them to talk to you if they feel worried, scared or threatened. Children can have a greater impact of online content, tell them it is okay to discuss anything they feel is not right.
Talk to your children, guide them and protect them online.
Internet has become a part of our lives. It has a lot to say about us as well. What we Post, Like, Follow or React; adds up to our preferences both online and offline. Where you go, what you do and what are the things you intend to do can be predicted with the little pieces of information you give out publicly online especially on the social media platforms.
The good about being on social media is we have a control over it. We have the choice of things we want to put on social media platforms and the things we want to avoid sharing on the online space. We would certainly not like someone critizing us online, it basically becomes our responsibility to learn to appreciate others and stop critizing as well. A single share can also lead to a content becoming viral, think before you contribute to these trolls.
