World Harvest Institute/Oral Roberts University Graduation, 2023

Amid a profound atmosphere, families and friends converged to honor the 74 graduates of World Harvest Institute, who earned their accolades in General Theology, Advanced Theology, and Theology Diplomas. Pastor Robert Acosta, our esteemed Chief Guest from the United States, fervently urged the graduates to remain perpetual students of the Word. "When you think the movement thrives because of you, you've lost sight; the focus must always be on Jesus," he emphasized. Our lives, he stressed, must echo the example of Jesus, visible before His name is even uttered. As they step into a challenging world, Pastor Acosta reminded them that staying centered on God's gratification yields enduring, Godly results.

Acknowledging the sacrifices made, the ceremony highlighted the arduous journey of these students—long hours, relentless dedication—all leading to the radiant prospect of pursuing further studies with Oral Roberts University. The road ahead, fraught with challenges, will serve as a testimony to God's faithfulness and a living example for those they will lead, inspiring trust in God's unwavering guidance.

Despite the religious persecution that most churches are facing today in most Asian countries, God is continually revealing Himself to individuals in tangible ways and we stand with our Christian family in Asia in believing for an explosion of the Holy Spirit as people come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

The Work of the Holy Spirit.

“And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.”
John 16:8-11 NKJV

1. He brings conviction of sin
“Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.” Psalms 51:5 NKJV

We are sinners by birth, by choice, by action.
It's the work of the conviction of the Holy Spirit to bring awareness. The Holy Spirit stirs our soul to bring conviction.
He brings conviction of righteousness.
He brings conviction of judgement. No weapon forged by the devil can overcome your life.

3 things that the Holy Spirit does.
Opens our ears to hear the voice of God.
Draws our heart to believe in Jesus.
Helps draw you to obey his promoting.

Pray for being sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

2. The Holy Spirit empowers us to walk in victory.

“I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” Galatians 5:16 NKJV

Holy Spirit helps you to overcome temptation.
Pride of life.
Lust of the eyes
Lust of the flesh.

If we walk in the realm of the Spirit the Holy Spirit takes control of your life. Let us therefore be filled and walk with the Holy Spirit in our daily lives. You have to be careful with what you watch and what you read.

“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”
I Corinthians 10:13 NKJV

God will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can not handle.
He will provide a way out if he know you can not handle it.

3. The Holy Spirit Poured Gods Love in our Hearts.

“Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” Romans 5:5 NKJV

One of the greatest work of the Holy Spirit if to our live into our hearts.
God will give you the heart of flesh that is teachable and takes away the stony heart and the prideful heart.
The devil can not curse what God has blessed. This element was not taught to you by man but by God. The Love of God has compelled me.

4. The Holy Spirit Calls, Equips, Energizes us to Function in our Place of Ministry.

“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,”
Ephesians 4:11 - 12 NKJV
Thumb - The Apostle.
Pointer - The Prophet.
Tallest finger - The Evangelist.
The Ring finger - The Pastor.
The Little finger - The Teacher.
The work of the ministry is the responsibility of the saints, of the believers.
Jesus called them, he anointed them, and gave them power.

5. The Holy Spirit brings Anointing and Power and Imparts Spiritual Gifts to the Members of the Church.

“Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.” Romans 12:6-8 NKJV

You have the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. He is in you and working in your hearts. Utilize the gift that the Holy Spirit has given you.
Holy Spirit will give a word to you.
He can give you a picture of a problem.
He can speak through our intuition.
So that we can minister, inspire, build up and give the life of God to one another.

5 things to do in Cell Meetings.

A. Welcome the flock of God
B. Worship the Lord
C. Warmth bring encouragement through testimonies
D. Word bring wors of God through the scriptures.
E. Works minister to one another

It was a wonderful time of Ministering the word God and bringing awareness of WHI/ORU. Pastor Semisi Nacewa (Principa) ministered to the CMFI youths of Cuvu, Draubuta, Naqalimare and Sigatoka on Sunday evening 1/29/23.
