As we’re quickly approaching the holiday season, it’s always a good time to recap and appreciate everything (even the shortcomings). Overall, to be grateful to call Yap our home and what it means to be a part of it. We may not be able to bring back all the local practices that we have lost along the way, but we still have the chance to revive some of them while we can.

Our aim is to promote the practice of sustainability. A part of that is through using domestically sourced or recyclable material for handicraft products and most important, made locally.

Here’s some new additions to our Seashell Collection and will be available tomorrow. Why do we love these? No seashells are exactly the same because naturally they have different colors and patterns so they’re precious in their own ways, just like you.

The Tropical Touch Piggybank Loans is making some changes to loan procedures due to the ongoing Covid-19 community transmission:

1. Processing of new loan applications will resume again on Monday, September 19, 2022. You can request a fillable PDF application via email at [email protected] as we are trying to limit all in person contact as much as possible.
2. You can scan us a completed loan application copy. We will review then reach out to you at your preferred contact method once a decision has been made.
3. For credit check purposes, please allow us up to three business days to thoroughly review all submitted applications.
4. If approved, we will schedule a day and time with you to visit in person for an original signature and loan fund disbursement.
