A little sunday song from the Pickin’ & Singin’ album for you. The main line comes from a conversation I had with a uber driver one night, but I changed the setting to a bar because I think it sounded better for the song. Anyway, it’s still a true story, and maybe a friendly advice you can use in times of melancholy. Of course I have no idea how one could cry over someone for 24 hours only, but you can try! I’m excited for my first show in Tulsa & first time in Oklahoma! I’ll be singing some Country Music with a killer house band. Thanks for having me.

I will be singing this Carl Smith album from start to finish with on February 29th . A lot of great classic country songs done in a 1958 fashion, with a little swing to it. Billboard magazine ranked it number 14 among the “Favourite Country Music LP’s” that year, but I think the cover deserves the number one prize.

I’m so glad to be part of this year alongside , Swamp Dogg and other respectable artists! I’ll be using a new set of guitar strings for this one.

They are exactly the kind of band you hope will cut your songs, when you like to write country tunes. Played and performed as it should be, with great attention to details.
