In una serata che unirà le forze con Concours Géza Anda Zürich, GOG Giovine Orchestra Genovese, Levanto Music Festival - Amfiteatrof e FAI Liguria, il 60° Festival di Cervo darà il benvenuto il 25 luglio, sul palco dei Corallini , a Julian Trevelyan, vincitore 2° al Premio al Concours Gèza Anda Zurigo 2022.

Un appuntamento speciale che celebrerà la lunga collaborazione tra la Fondazione Géza Anda e il Festival di Cervo, in occasione del concerto con la consegna a Julian Trevelyan dell’Audience Prize, vinto mediante televoto durante la finale del 15° Concours Géza Anda.

MAESTOSO PIANOFORTE - JULIAN TREVELYAN

Mercoledì 26 luglio alle ore 21.30 presso la Chiesa di Sant'Andrea a Levanto avrà luogo il concerto "Maestoso Pianoforte", con Julian Trevelyan, in collaborazione con il Festival Internazionale di Musica da Camera di Cervo.

È il quinto evento della trentaduesima edizione del Levanto Music Festival - Amfiteatrof.

Quello di mercoledì 26 luglio è il secondo dei tre concerti della rassegna per Maestoso Pianoforte.
La maestà si declina in tre fattori: la suggestiva location della Chiesa di Sant'Andrea, che torna al Festival; l'eccellenza del pianoforte Steinway, ovvero lo strumento migliore del mondo; il talento dei musicisti, come Julian Trevelyan, giovane pianista concertista che si esibisce regolarmente in tutta Europa e nel Regno Unito, e che eseguirà per l'occasione brani di Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Schoenberg e altri compositori.

L’ingresso è libero e gratuito, come per tutti gli appuntamenti in programma.

28th May at 8pm - Kulturni Dom Kropa Slovenia with Nejc Mikolič and friends ( Dvorak sextet, Haydn quartet and Schubert string trio)

31st-5th May - recording Bach violin concertos with Ensemble Dissonance
6th June - Križevniška cerkev, Ljubljana Slovenia, concert with Ensemble Dissonance ( Bach violin concertos in A minor, E major and G minor)

Seit heute reiht sich bereits das vierte Album in unsere Sammlung, die den Mozart-Konzerten der jüngeren Generation gewidmet ist. Mozarts Klavierkonzerte Nr. 23 und 24 (KV 488 und 491), gespielt von dem britischen Pianisten Julian Trevelyan, der 2021 drei Preise beim Géza Anda-Wettbewerb in Zürich erhielt und 2015 im Alter von sechzehn Jahren der jüngste Preisträger des Marguerite Long-Wettbewerbs in Paris wurde. Mozarts Musik ist voller Leben, Humor und Vergnügen. «Ohne seine Musik würde sich mein Leben nicht erfüllt anfühlen», sagt der junge Musiker, der hier von einem der bedeutendsten Mozart-Maestros, Christian Zacharias, am Pult des ORF Radio-Symphonieorchester Wien - RSO Wien begleitet wird.
