Today, Iâm not okay. Yet two days ago, I told you I was feeling better. And by admitting this to you, I feel shame, self-judgment, lack of legitimacy.
Because we tend to believe that in order to be desirable, attractive, competent, we should always be at our best. Say âFine, thank youâ when we donât feel fine; smile even when we donât want to; hide our vulnerability. Out of fear of being judged, rejected, annoying.
Being vulnerable means to welcome and express what we feel - without judging ourselves, repressing or being afraid that others will push us away.
When we are truly vulnerable, we accept that we are not exactly the same from one day to the next, that we experience very different emotions from our moment to the other.
We smile and laugh with sincerity. And it doesnât mean that we arenât going through a tough time otherwise, nor that we canât talk about it a second later.
Let us welcome the highs and lows; let us dare to express our true feelings. It is our vulnerability which makes us human and lovable.

My nutritional therapy certificate arrived in the mail! Iâm bubbling with joy to finally launch my practice as a nutrition therapist and coach đ€©
The road that led me here has been full of beautiful encounters, transformation, personal healing and discoveries.
I learned from wonderful teachers, each experts in their field of nutrition, micronutrition, physiology, herbal medicine, naturopathy.
- I discovered -
đ± the healing power of food
the complexity of our body and the bio-individuality of our health đŁ
đŒ the fundamental need to adapt to each person we coach
that we must treat the deep causes of our ailments in order to heal đ§©
â€ïžâđ©č and that when our body hurts, our heart is also suffering and crying out for healing.
I canât wait to share my coaching program with you soon, and perhaps to accompany you on your own healing journey! đ«
