Ansbach Middle High School

On Friday, December 6th, the students and parents in one of our 6th grade classes had a "Stirfriday" celebration. This event marked the end of a social studies unit about Ancient China and also integrated elements of the 6th grade health curriculum. Students brought in a variety of vegetables and meats, cut, mixed, and cooked them in woks and enjoyed a delicious and healthy lunch. Several students even tried chopsticks for the first time. These students can't wait to find out what they will be cooking at the end of the Ancient Rome unit.
